Resumo

The validation and / or rectification of the processes established in Joint Resolution no. 03/2010, ANA/ ANEEL, will be important processes for the various sectors involved. In this way, this work aims at reviewing the entire process behind ANA/ANEEL Joint Resolution no.03/2010 and bringing to the debate the important points to be addressed in this legislation, such as: revision of methods and periodicity, define the storage and availability of these data to the general public; the procedures of this information as well as the decisions between the involved bodies (ANA,ANEEL,ONS,EMPRESA HIDROELETRICA) referring to this process.
